Follow the below steps to rebuild your sky+hd Planner:

STEP 1:

Press the “services” button located on your Sky Tv remote.

STEP 2:

Now highlight the “Settings” option by using “right arrow” keys on your Sky remote.

STEP 3:

Press the “select” button on your Sky tv remote and press “0”, “1” and “select” button using your Sky Tv remote. A setup screen will pop up on your Sky Tv screen.

STEP 4:

Highlight the “Sky+Rebuild” option using “left/right” arrow buttons on your Sky Tv remote.

STEP 5:

Now press on “select” button on your Sky Tv remote and you will get an onscreen message stating  “This will take a few minutes to complete. The rebuild will stop all recordings and reboot your Sky+HD”.

STEP 6:

On your Sky remote, press the “select” button to start the rebuild. It will take around four minutes to rebuild the planner.

STEP 7:

Once the rebuild process is completed, your Sky+box will automatically restart itself. You will see the red standby light illuminated on your Sky+box.

STEP 8:

You have to hold up for a further two minute time period after the red light has appeared.

STEP 9:

Now press the “sky” button located on your Sky Tv remote.

STEP 10:

Once the power light on your Sky+box is turned to “green”, your planner is ready to record and view your recordings.
